Ponoko mentioned in a TEDx talk February 20

Making better stuff with digital fabrication.

Designer Xanthe Matychak mentioned Ponoko during this talk at TEDxRochester as an example of services which give people a more direct and meaningful connection to products.

The talk, “Make Better Stuff”, is about how digital fabrication can be used to make more meaningful (better) stuff in a similar way as farmer’s markets give us a more meaningful and direct connection to the sources of our food.
