An amazingly intricate, fully-functional DIY camera.
This is easily the most elaborate laser cut project I can remember seeing. A pinhole camera is one thing, but this marvel from kit da studio has a film winder, a frame counter, two shutter modes, and uses everyday off-the-shelf film (although that’s a bit harder to find than it used to be).
Besides a couple small pieces of hardware, the only thing not laser cut is the lens, which is scavenged from a disposable camera, in this case a Konica WaiWai. Oh yeah, the AI file for the parts is available for download from DIY Photography (scroll down a bit). That page also has some general instructions.
