telling the story of makers and hackerspaces
A new Kickstarter project launched today to support the filming of a new documentary on the maker movement entitled “ReMade: The Rebirth of the Maker Movement”.
Electromagnate, a group of makers and friends from Chicago’s Pumping Station: One, are in the process of filming now and released the first trailer last week. The kickstart is aiming for $10,000 in 29 days in order to “fund travel expenses to interview crucial figures and organizations in the movement, post-production costs, and obtaining professional-grade cameras to supplement their current home-manufactured steadicams and rigs.”

Looks like a really interesting project, but I have one reservation… They couldn’t find any girls to speak to?
No kidding, Mel! Hopefully, they will find one.
